Jon’s 30+ years in the orthotics industry has included patient care, sales, and education. After attending Harper Adams University in the UK, he started working in the US in the 1990s at National Orthotic Labs, progressing from orthotic fitter to certified pedorthist, attending the Pedorthic Program at Temple University. Jon created his first educational course for orthotic fitters, then in 2000 started his own pedorthic business focused on education. His initial programs explained the interaction of foot orthotics with shoes. He also taught at Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. In 2011, Jon began working for Nora Shoes, learning the German approach to pedorthics. While there, he created online education programs, as well as speaking in the USA, Canada, and the UK on pedorthic materials and design. He also worked as an agent for Springer, a leading German foot orthotic company, deepening his knowledge of materials and adhesives. Jon’s talks and programs include subjects such as “Managing the Diabetic Foot,” “Form Follows Function, the Basis of Pedorthic Design,” “Sensomotoric Insoles, Function as a Goal,” among many others. Today, while working for Surestep, Jon’s passion for pedorthics has deepened. He focuses on education, along with the positive outcomes that Surestep orthoses achieve with pediatric patients.

Belinda Yandell is a senior analyst for Provider Outreach and Education with CGS Administrators, which holds the DME MAC contracts for jurisdictions B and C. She works with suppliers providing education and training through a wide range of media and venues that include webinars, workshops, tradeshows, and association meetings. As a Community Coach, she provides one-on-one support to suppliers in ongoing partnerships and coordinates CGS’s online education courses. She has collaborated with Noridian, CERT, and A/B MACs in providing education on a wider platform. Prior to joining the Provider Outreach and Education team at CGS, she worked in the CGS Medical Review department. She also worked several years with TennCare.

Arthur is passionate about digital design and using creative techniques to improve fit, function, and aesthetics in orthotics and prosthetics. Arthur has worked as a CAD designer, as an applications engineer in 3d printing and scanning, and as an O&P technician. Under the alias O+P Digital Designer, he has worked as an independent designer and educator. He has created his own program of certified training materials so that technicians and clinicians can access powerful CAD techniques for efficient prototyping and small batch production.

Jacob Wilbert is a recent graduate of Alabama State University's P&O program. He began his combined O&P residency with Hanger Clinic in Knoxville, TN in June 2024. Jacob developed a passion to promote the awareness of O&P because he wishes that someone would have introduced him to the field much earlier in his education. He hopes to be the one to provide prospective students with this formal introduction so they too may come to know the value of careers in O&P.

Citing inspiration in professional fulfillment from clinical practice, Joshua enrolled in a master's program in 2007 in order to qualify as an educator in O&P. He was recruited as a founding faculty member of Baylor College of Medicine was recruiting clinicians to begin a new masters-level O&P training program in the Texas Medical Center in 2012. While maintaining clinical involvement with Jon, Joshua currently teaches Lower Limb Prosthetic Management, Pathophysiology for O&P, Ethics for O&P.
